  2. I ordered this pooja cabinet for Rs. 28000. Please dont go by the quality in the picture. The looks here are deceptive. End product quality after a 1 month wait was very dissappointing to say the least. Although the carpenter might have done a decent job barring several chips, which they claim as "unnis bees to hota hai na madam", the wood stainer did a pathetic job, the color was totally different from what I had asked for!
The owner Mr. Nambiar, does not do any quality check. He completely puts that responsibility on the customer. His shop is in some remote corner of Bangalore, and is so hard to find. Forget about going there at least 3 times before product is delivered to you. He might send some whatsapp pics on request, but those are deceptive too, they are taken from a distance & defects can be identified only when closeups are taken. They claimed to use brass knobs on pooja cabinet, they have put only some cheap quality brass powder quoted knobs. Only bells seem to be brass.
I had such a terrible experience overall. Would not recomment this furniture company to anyone. When you talk to Mr. Nambiar about quality, he YELLS that customer is using this as a tactic not to pay!! He himself has mastered the art of doing shady business, then forces customer to pay!! Please beware!!

  3. Pathetic furniture / woodwork, with no swatches to choose from in the store, no integrity whatsoever, owner is only after money, to say the least.
